WetBan™ Mattress is the new standard
for washable adjustable bed mattresses and is ideally suited for the
premium Sleep Lab Adjustable beds.
 The
new and improved Dual Comfort Lura-Flex™ 700 (Full XL) and 805 (Queen) coil count provides the comfort and
durability required for the commercial WetBan™ uses. The Dual Comfort
sleep surface means both sides of the mattress are usable. Dual Comfort
means one side is soft while the other side is firm, thus providing a
choice of comfort.

is perhaps the best Offset design spring system available. each coil
flexes independently for more sensitivity to body contours, and more
durability with less friction.
The Active Support
Technology™ in all of L&P's innersprings provides a dynamic response
to natural body movement and reacts intelligently to individual body
contours. One of the latest advancements in sleep surface technology,
the mattress actually becomes firmer for needed support as weight is
applied. The coils adjust instantly to your sleep movements, comforting
and supporting your body actively as you dream. And with the reduced
motion transfer that our Active Support Technology offers, customers get
a good night's sleep every night.
Tempering is the process of stress
relieving or normalizing high carbon spring wire to make it want to keep
its designed shape.
This process is mandatory and may be
performed by various techniques to include gas firing or electrically
heating the subject material.
The heat or temperature must be in the
range between 450 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit to complete the process of
molecular alignment.
If the process is not conducted, an
innerspring unit would not be able to maintain its proper or intended
finished height.
The stress relieving process helps
trigger the chemistry in the high carbon wire to help produce long term
performance.
